- Machine wash on a cold and gentle cycle only
- Wash with similar, like colours and fabrics where possible
- Double tie all draw strings in a tight knot with any hardware securely close to the knot
- Wash inside out
- We do recommend using a garment bag with these more delicate fabric items
- Do not tumble dry. Air dry only, the adhesive in some draw strings details and hardware will become loose in result from the high heat.

DUCK DOWN JACKETS & PUFFERS
- Close all zips and turn inside out before wash
- Wipe all obvious stains and dirt away softly with a damp gentle cloth
- Wash on it’s own only
- Machine wash on a cold and gentle cycle only. Front loader washing machines only recommended
- Only use duck down wash products or a gentle wool wash detergent
- We do recommend using a garment bag with these more delicate fabric items
- Dry flat before fluffing or using a dryer, holding the item delicately when doing so
- Low heat, gentle tumble dry only
- If using duck down dryer balls to reshape / fluff jacket, use 2-3 tennis balls or purpose designed duck down jacket products
- Do not use washing softeners. We recommend cleaning or washing out any softener residue if used regularly
